Yes! We have customizable e-gift cards available for purchase on our
website. We can also deliver meals to the recipient. Just be sure to
enter their delivery address during check out.

Cooking instructions are on the labels on the package of each meal. All
meals are pre-made. Some are already cooked and to be heated and some
are raw, to be cooked when ready to eat.

Please refrigerate or freeze your meals upon arrival. We recommend you
eat the fresh meals within 3-4 days. The frozen meals are best eaten
within 3-6 months.

Our courier delivers every Thursday between 3 and 9pm. Meals are delivered in a cooler bag. If you
are not going to be home we recommend leaving an additional cooler at
your delivery spot especially during the warmer months. Please leave bags from previous orders for courier to pick up.

Yes, our kitchen is located in Strathcona in East Vancouver. You can
pick up on Thursday afternoon between 11-2pm at 266 Raymur Avenue.

You will get an email confirming your order, payment,  shipping details
and delivery date. You will receive a reminder the day before and another confirmation email after
your food has been delivered.

Orders must be placed before midnight Sunday for delivery the following Thursday afternoon or evening.

Many of our dishes have the option to personalize your meal such as
gluten & dairy free options and vegetarian or vegan. Please note
that we prep our food in a facility that processes nuts, seafood, dairy,
soy, eggs and wheat. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of
allergens.

No there is not. You can order as little or as often as you like.

Shipping rates range between $9-$18 based on where you live. We ship from Vancouver.
