From Our Kitchen to Your Table
Founder Yvette DuMouchel, a holistic nutritionist and former doula, spent years supporting families through pregnancy and postpartum. She saw firsthand how, during life’s most demanding moments, preparing wholesome meals often became overwhelming.
What began as cooking freezer meals for the families she supported quickly grew through word of mouth into Food on the Table.
Today, Food on the Table offers both ready-to-enjoy meal delivery and thoughtfully executed catering for gatherings, workplaces, and community events. Supporting local producers and food makers remains foundational to the work, helping strengthen the regional food economy while bringing distinctive ingredients into every dish.
Food on the Table exists to help busy households and hosts serve food that feels thoughtful, comforting, and genuinely well made.
