WE ALL NEED TO EAT...

But that doesn't mean we all need to cook.

Let us do the hard parts for you!

In this world of convenience & fast food, it can be easy to lose sight of the importance of the food we consume.

Over the last 100 years or so with the advent of the modern industrialized food system, many of our traditional food practices have been lost. Basic skills like preparing bone stock, soaking grains and fermenting food. All simple practices that were a way of life for our not-so-distant ancestors, practices that promote health, well being and longevity.

Here at Food on the Table we’re passionate about sharing our love of food.

Let us put some good food on your table!

Meet Yvette! Founder of Food on the Table

Food on the table was born out of my passion for cooking and desire to share the love, because food is Love ♥
I feel incredibly grateful that I have always had “good food” on my table (thanks mom)!

As a busy mama, business owner and active member of my community, I know first hand how important it is to make sure my family is well fed. I also know the amount of time, effort and energy that goes into preparing wholesome and delicious food. It’s a lifestyle, and let’s be real…not everyone likes to spend hours in the kitchen. Lucky for you, it just happens to be my office of choice!

Over the last decade I’ve supported hundreds of clients to get great food on their table’s. I’ve worn many  hats, from culinary nutritionist, birth & postpartum doula, childbirth educator, cooking instructor, author and personal chef…all with the same goal in mind.. to nourish the mind, body and soul. We need food to survive and it can also bring us joy.

Life can move fast and we want you to enjoy as many precious moments with your loved ones as possible. Food on the Table is here to fill that gap. We want nourishing and delicious meals on YOUR table!

You will taste our love for world flavour’s along with fresh, local and seasonal whole food ingredients. We prepare our meals using traditional & new school cooking methods which allows us to create exceptionally delicious and nourishing meals to store in your fridge or freezer. This will feel like a huge win on those busy nights. We got you!
