Browse our seasonal menu here, and choose as many meals as you'd like. 

All menu selections have two to four servings unless otherwise indicated,.

Complete your order by Friday for delivery the following Thursday.

We Cook and Deliver

Meals are delivered weekly on Thursdays, or can be picked up at Small Potatoes Commissary in East Vancouver.

Delivery fee is $15 and is available throughout the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.

Put the finishing touches on your mains, add your favourite sides, and enjoy!

Your meals will be delivered either fresh or frozen - depending on the item - and will include simple instructions for heating or cooking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose my meals?

Yes! You choose your meal options from our current menu selection. Our menu rotates every two weeks and new items are added seasonally.

Can you accommodate my dietary preferences?

Many of our dishes have the option to personalize your meal such as gluten & dairy free options and vegetarian or vegan. Please note that we prep our food in a facility that processes nuts, seafood, dairy, soy, eggs and wheat. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Is there a subscription?

No there is not. You can order as little or as often as you like.

When is the ordering deadline?

Your order must be placed before Friday at 11:59pm to be delivered to your door the following Thursday afternoon or evening.

Where is this service available?

We currently deliver to the lower mainland and parts of the Fraser Valley. Between West Vancouver and Surrey.

What happens after I place my order?

You will get an email confirming your order, payment,  shipping details and delivery date. You will receive another confirmation email after your food has been delivered.

Are there delivery fees?

Yes, there is a $15 delivery fee.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, our kitchen is located in Strathcona in East Vancouver. You can pick up on Thursday afternoon between 11-12pm at 266 Raymur Avenue. We will email you when your pick up is ready.

What is your delivery time? What if I'm not home?

Our courier delivers every Thursday between 3 and 9pm. Please ensure you have dinner planned for that evening in case your order doesn't arrive in time! Meals are delivered in a cooler bag with an ice pack. If you are not going to be home we recommend leaving an additional cooler at your delivery spot especially during the warmer months.

Should I leave the cooler bag and ice pack that came in my first delivery out to be picked up for my next delivery?

Yes please! Our aim is to recycle and reuse our packaging when and where possible. Leave your bag with the cooler pack inside and our courier will pick it up.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Please refrigerate or freeze your meals upon arrival. We recommend you eat the fresh meals within 3-4 days. The frozen meals are best eaten within 2 to 3 months.

Where can I find cooking instructions for the meals?

Cooking instructions are on the labels on the package of each meal. All meals are pre-made. Some are already cooked and to be heated and some are raw, to be cooked when ready to eat.

Yes! Menu items rotate every two weeks with new dishes added seasonally.
Do you use organic ingredients?

We strive to use fresh, local, high quality ingredients using organic produce whenever possible. Our meat proteins are sourced anti-biotic and hormone free and our seafood is wild ocean wise.

Are there gift cards available?

Yes! We have customizable e-gift cards available for purchase on our website. We can also deliver meals to the recipient. Just be sure to enter their delivery address during check out.
